I have a Motorola Wireless H300 headset and a PS3 and I have scanned it and everything but I don’t know how to use it on my Warhawks Demo because sometimes I hear people but I don’t know if they can hear me or not.

I bought my wireless headset today, i let it charge for 6 hours for a full charge and the light wont even blink. i tried to turn it on and it wont. Why? i put the USB port in all ports in my xbox360 and in the back of the headset. Why wont it work?
I have a Motorola mic used to talk on the phone and the bottom fits into the top of the PS3 controller. Will this work during online play for talking? Or, does it have to be installed somehow?
