I have 3 CX-75 Siemens cell phones, the music is definitely on the card, and when I click on it, the titles go by, but I can’t hear the music.

I’ve had the pantech matrix since christmas and the voicemail always worked. Then today when I tried to go to the voicemail it says Invalid Card. Does anyone know how to fix it?
