Nehalem arrives in two weeks with 45nm i7 processors right? But will the 32nm processors that arrive in 2010 also work with the X58′s that are coming out along side the i7s?
I f you compare graphics cards of the same level the ATI cards have about 280 to 400 more than NVIDIA but both cards will have similar frame rates and the over all performance would be the same.
I’m just curious how the additional 2 cores affect performance for various tasks. Does it have any effect on gaming, or are 4 cores sufficient for most games? Planning on upgrading processors. the motherboard is LGA 775, and there is no box since the PC was a package deal.
