I am not familiar with ATIs naming system… is the HD4650 better than the 8600GT? Which nVidia cards would you say are similar in terms of performance with the HD4650? I have a 1GB 8600GT, should I change it for a 1GB HD4650?

It has to record the videos at 12fps but my LG KP500 Cookie never records videos at12fps. It is always different.Sometimes 7fps sometimes 8fps. What is wrong? Can I do something to fix this?
